On January 28 and 29, 2025 Vandemoortele brought its international management teams together at The Arena Gent for an intensive two-day program on strategy, growth and collaboration. Some 220 employees per day took part in the program, coming from branches across Europe. The focus was on content, exchange and connection - and The Arena Gent offered the right framework for this.

In June 2024, Bidfood invited some 250 customers, partners and employees to The Arena Brussels for a unique evening dedicated to soccer and connectedness. The occasion was the European Football Championship, and Bidfood immediately made it a special moment: an exclusive live broadcast of a European Championship match on a big screen, in the middle of the Lotto Park, the stadium of RSC Anderlecht.

In March 2025, SAP gathered around 400 customers, partners and employees at The Arena Brussels for an inspiring day around innovation, collaboration and digital transformation. The combination of content, experience and a unique event location in Brussels made this event a reference within their annual calendar.

In May 2024, VINCI brought some 300 employees and partners together at The Arena Antwerp for a study day in a special setting. The focus was on content and deliberation, but also on connection and experience. The combination of stylish spaces, smooth flow and quality catering made this day a successful mix of concentration and informal meetings.

On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, The Arena Antwerp hosted the 27th edition of the Day of Procurement & Supply Chain, a top event organized by Procurement & Supply Chain Masters. More than 500 procurement, logistics and supply chain professionals came together in this unique event venue to delve into current topics, gain inspiration and build their network.

In October 2024, Huppa - formed from the merger of Franky Fresh Food and UpFresh - hosted its very first customer fair at Planet Group Arena, the stadium of KAA Gent. This unique event venue offered exactly what Huppa was looking for: ample space, a strong image and the flexibility to present their extensive product range and new brand identity in an impressive way.

The parking lot of the Bosuilstadion was completely filled with models of Ford, Opel, Hyundai and MG that day. Not by chance, of course, because customers and car enthusiasts were given the opportunity to make extensive test drives and experience the difference between the cars for themselves.

In February 2025, HEC descended on The Arena Brussels for a special event where students presented their final projects to a professional jury. Some 150 participants - students, jury members, teachers and guests - gathered in a setting that perfectly matched the program's ambition: professional, inspiring and personal.

In November 2025, HH Garden hosted a product event at The Arena Brussels, inviting customers, partners and industry professionals for a day of demonstrations, insights and networking moments. It became an inspiring showcase of innovation and craftsmanship - at a unique venue for corporate events in the heart of Brussels.
