VANDEMOORTELE - THE ARENA GENT
On January 28 and 29, 2025 Vandemoortele brought its international management teams together at The Arena Gent for an intensive two-day program on strategy, growth and collaboration. About 220 employees per day participated in the program, coming from different branches in Europe. The event was built entirely around exchange, content and connection - and The Arena Gent offered the right framework for this.
The plenary sessions took place on the promenade, which was set up as a central meeting place for the occasion. With a flexible set-up, professionally equipped presentation area and sound and projection support, this space became the beating heart of the two-day event. The informal, open atmosphere of the promenade gave the event a contemporary and accessible character, without sacrificing impact.
The loges and meeting rooms on Level 3 were used for the breakout sessions. In smaller groups, strategic topics such as market development, innovation and international cooperation were discussed in depth. The separate rooms allowed for quiet and concentrated work, while maintaining the central flow.
In addition to content and discussion, there was also room for meeting. The networking moments and catering were spread across the Promenade and in separate reception areas, so that participants from different countries came into contact with each other spontaneously. The combination of daylight, spacious set-up and an open atmosphere gave the whole event a pleasant rhythm.
