THEARENAGROUP.NL is a dynamic company that is responsible for the operation of various soccer stadiums in the Netherlands (and Belgium) outside of matches. In the stadiums there are many opportunities to organize and develop events. Our team is looking for reinforcement for this growth. THEARENAGROUP.NL is specifically looking for a Sales Manager Netherlands who will focus on working the Dutch market and convincing companies to organize their event in one of the stages.

WHAT ARE YOUR DUTIES?

Are you excited to make the most of these unique locations? Are you sales driven? Are you easy to get along with and do you establish contacts quickly? Because as Sales Manager you are responsible from A to Z for sales and communication within the Dutch market. On a regular basis you consult with the team to continuously adjust the sales and communication approach where necessary and to further optimize it.

- You help shape the sales approach of THEARENAGROUP.NL
- You are proactive in sales (existing customers, prospects, cold sales) and already have a broad network
- You go to networking events (offline) but are also active online (linkedin sales, ...)
- You follow up incoming requests for events from A to Z. You think about improvements in the area of our locations, suppliers, services, personnel and processes. You think about improvements in the area of our locations, suppliers, services, staff and processes
- You are flexible in terms of working hours and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality
- You think about the desired communication and go-to-market of these unique locations
- You are familiar with and skilled in terms of digital possibilities and (social) media.

ARE YOU SUITABLE FOR THIS JOB?

- You are easy to get along with and have strong sales / communication skills
- You enjoy working and have experience in an event - sports - communication environment
- You have solid IT knowledge (Mac, quickly learn the planning tools, ...)
- You are in possession of a driver's license B
- You preferably live in the immediate vicinity of Den Bosch / Breda / Tilburg / Eindhoven / Antwerp (B)
- You have a professional appearance and can receive and guide clients in a professional manner
