S.A.P. - THE ARENA BRUSSELS
In March 2025, SAP gathered around 400 customers, partners and employees at The Arena Brussels for an inspiring day around innovation, collaboration and digital transformation. The combination of content, experience and a unique event location in Brussels made this event a reference within their annual calendar.
SAP deliberately chose this event venue in Brussels for its flexibility, accessibility and modern appeal. Different spaces within The Arena Brussels were cleverly combined to allow the program to run logically and smoothly - all within one event venue.
The reception and plenary sessions took place in the Atrium, a spacious and light-filled room that could easily be tailored to keynotes, panels and product presentations. The setup allowed everyone to be comfortably received while being close to the stage - something you don't always find at traditional event venue rentals.
For break-outs and in-depth discussions, SAP used the Players Lounge, an atmospheric space with a more private character. This setting was ideal for live demos, smaller group sessions and individual contacts with customers and partners.
The catering and networking event took place in the Jardin des Saveurs, a warm and stylish space on the ground floor. An extensive walking dinner was served here, combined with an open setup that encouraged spontaneous meetings.
