VINCI - THE ARENA BRUSSELS
In May 2024, VINCI brought together some 300 employees and partners at The Arena Brussels for a study day in a special setting. The focus was on content and deliberation, but also on connection and experience. The combination of stylish spaces, smooth flow and quality catering made this day a successful mix of concentration and informal meetings.
The plenary presentation continued in the business seats, where all participants were comfortably seated with a view of the stadium field. This grandstand arrangement gave the whole event an open and at the same time professional atmosphere. The setting offered all the necessary technical support and provided a strong framework to clearly communicate VINCI's vision and plans.
After the central session, participants spread out into 15 separate lodges, where work continued in smaller groups during thematic subcommittees. Each lodge provided a quiet and enclosed setting for deliberations, with a view of the field and all necessary amenities. This provided focus, but also a certain exclusivity that perfectly matched the character of the event.
For catering and networking, guests went to the Martini Bar. That stylish space was set up as a meeting place, with standing tables, a well-kept catering line and enough space to circulate freely. In a relaxed atmosphere, people caught up, networked and further reflected on the themes of the day.
